How ScopeFrame handles your information.

ScopeFrame is operated by Allan Building Group Pty Ltd (ABN 97 626 363 924) (we, us or ScopeFrame). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal and project information when you use ScopeFrame.

What we collect

We collect the details you give us to provide the service, including your name, email address, phone number, project address, builder quotes, plans, engineering, specifications, selections and other documents you upload. We may also keep basic service records such as payment status, report links and support correspondence.

Why we use it

We use this information to:

• create and deliver your ScopeFrame review;
• process payment and send transactional service emails;
• answer support requests and improve the service; and
• meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

How documents are handled

Your uploaded files are used only to prepare your review. They may be stored with our hosting and document-storage providers and processed through selected AI analysis providers for the purpose of analysing the submitted pack. We do not sell your information or use your project documents to market other services to you.

We do not provide your private report or uploaded documents to a builder. If you ask ScopeFrame to prepare a builder follow-up, nothing is sent unless you separately approve the wording and recipient.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to run ScopeFrame, including Vercel for hosting and document storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for service email, and AI providers for document analysis. These providers process only what is needed to provide the service. ScopeFrame does not store full payment-card details.

Retention and deletion

We retain project documents and report records only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the review, resolve a support issue, meet legal obligations or allow you to access a completed report. You can request deletion of your uploaded project documents by emailing us. We aim to action valid deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal record-keeping requirement.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@scopeframe.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ScopeFrame develops. The current version will always appear on this page.
