ScopeFrame is a document-based homeowner decision-support service operated by Allan Building Group Pty Ltd (ABN 97 626 363 924). By purchasing or using a ScopeFrame review, you agree to these terms.

What ScopeFrame reviews include

ScopeFrame offers a $99 Confidence Snapshot, $149 Builder's Brief and $299 Builder's Brief + Follow-up, each including GST. Where the uploaded pack supports it, the report may include a current lean or recommendation summary with confidence boundaries. The selected review checks the builder quote or quotes you upload against the plans, engineering, specifications, inclusions and supporting documents you provide. The depth of the report and follow-up support is described at checkout.

We aim to make completed reviews available within one business day after payment and receipt of readable project files. Some packs require more time because documents are incomplete, corrupted, inconsistent or unusually complex. We will contact you if that happens.

What ScopeFrame is not

ScopeFrame does not provide legal, financial, engineering, certifier, quantity-surveying, valuation, contract or building advice. It does not quote your build, certify documents, guarantee an outcome, or replace qualified professional advice.

Where the uploaded pack supports it, a review may state a current lean or recommendation summary — grounded in those files, with explicit confidence boundaries and what could change it. That lean is not an instruction to sign, not a ranking of builders as businesses, and not a substitute for written confirmation from your builder or independent professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining that confirmation before signing a contract.

Your documents and instructions

You confirm that you are entitled to upload and ask us to review the documents you provide. You are responsible for giving us the current files for the relevant project and for checking that the project, builder and document details are correct. A ScopeFrame review can only assess what is contained in the files you provide.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken securely by Stripe before a live review begins. Because each ScopeFrame review is a tailored service that starts once your documents are processed, change-of-mind refunds may not be available after the review has begun. If ScopeFrame cannot provide the service because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will work with you on a fair remedy, including a refund where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ScopeFrame's liability in connection with a review is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for that review. We are not responsible for a builder's conduct, a later variation, a document omission, or a decision made without obtaining the appropriate written confirmation or professional advice.
